Company DescriptionJob Description JOB DETAILS Base pay starts at $16.00 per hour. SHIFT: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM - Monday - Friday DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Participates in Safe work environment and completes observations. Inspects equipment for safety Must be able to read and understand a production order Requires use of forklift, crane, and manual handling of materials Responsible for packaging sheeting and trimming materials Responsible for hemming and moving finished materials to loading trucks Good communicationwith team, supervisor, and management Potential to learnresponsibilities of Slitter Operator, Hemmer Operator, and/or Press Operator Qualifications Safety and Team oriented Good Customer Orientation Detail and Quality Oriented DependableEnergetic Good Communication Skills Basic Computer Skills (Email, Internet, Excel, Word) Requires experience with hand tools, wrenches, banding equipment and nail guns Requires the use of measuring gauges Able to read a tape measure Forklift experience a plus / Must be trainable on forklift Crane experience a plus / Must be trainable on crane Flexible withworking overtime and weekends when needed Standing and walking 8 - 12 hoursevery day Ability to lift up to 50pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist Repetitive material handling.
