Snowflake is looking for a Senior Partner Communications Managerbased in the San Francisco Bay Area. As a partner marketer, you
are responsible for the communication, messaging and building of content agendas to our
partner ecosystem on the Snowflake AI Data Cloud. You will be responsible for content and
driving mindshare to our partner network and developing and managing awareness campaigns
including social media, emails, webinars and events.

This position will collaborate closely with Snowflake alliance leaders, product managers, partner
sales and enablement teams as well as the marketing teams to plan and execute.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter and able to bring new ideas to the table. This is a strategy
as well as an execution role. You will develop agendas and event schedules and ensure they
align with product roadmaps, business priorities and Snowflake's vision.


AS A SENIOR PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:

  • Develop and execute communications to partners and build mindshare
    campaigns
  • Lead content, strategy and project management for leading partner executive
    engagement (social, events, webinars,..) Align with internal event stakeholders
    as well as outside vendors.
  • Collaborate with cross teams and leaders to create and deliver content
    (resources, programs) to support, enable and engage partners on the value of AI
    in the data cloud (business value content). Leverage and create communication
    channels as appropriate. Accelerate awareness of GTM and product
    announcements with ecosystem
  • Develop and manage leading partner facing executive event objectives, content
    and agenda for Partner Kickoff, Partner Summit, Denali (partner executives)
    Sales Kickoff and executive partner engagement webinars. And the opportunity
    to develop new campaigns.
  • Build awareness and mindshare programs on the value of Snowflake to our
    partner ecosystem
  • Monitor success with feedback channels to develop actionable insights
  • Align and be the point of contact for building mindshare for Snowflake in the
    ecosystem with other teams including partner and sales enablement, demand
    generation, product marketing, industry teams, alliance leadership and globalteams
  • Track, measure and report on metrics of impressions and pipeline impact and
    provide insights on business performance to leadership teams and collaborators
  • Re-imagine how we deliver information to partners


OUR IDEALS SENIOR PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER WILL HAVE:

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing communications ideality with the B2B environment
    in technology or consulting
  • Ability to understand personas and the information that is delivered
  • Experience in CRM tools such as Marketo, Salesforce and other productive and
    collaboration tools
  • Proven success in writing and manage communication programs in a large sales
    organization
  • Experience delivering communications and marketing campaigns
  • The experience and passion to think creatively and outside of the box to create unique
    campaigns
  • Strong writing skills alongside the ability to collaborate with senior leadership
  • Experience with internal and external communication channels
  • Experience with executive events, agenda building and production of events with
    messaging
  • Ability to travel 25%
  • Bachelors' Degree in marketing, communications or related field

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $165,000 - $229,900.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
