This highly skilled position will support our operations efficiency through troubleshooting and maintaining manufacturing equipment and processes. Position: Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Technician Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts on days and nights with weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Position is eligible for a $5000 sign on bonus! Our Team The Georgia-Pacific facility in Savannah, GA produces a variety of gypsum wallboard products. Wallboard is an affordable, strong and durable construction material used in residential and commercial building. Our Savannah, GA Gypsum facility is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Maintenance Millwright. The Millwright helps ensure the successful operation of the facility by resolving mechanical issues, recommending alternative repairs and equipment upgrades, identifying quality concerns, setting equipment in a precision state and understanding the production threshold of the equipment. Our Plant has operated in Savannah for over 50 years and is a preferred supplier in our market with current and future capital investments that are planned to keep our operation viable and profitable for decades to come.
