SRG Global is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst at Portageville, Missouri. This candidate will collaborate closely with the leadership team to improve and optimize plant performance and operations strategies to maximize value and support potential profitable growth. This vital role will directly support plant operations as the primary finance resource. The focus will be on analyzing P&L drivers, providing guidance to operations, and conducting short to medium-term strategic analysis. Additionally, this role will have exposure to larger projects as part of the FP&A capability. This position serves as a pathway to a management role within the FP&A team. What You Will Do * Work with the plant leadership team to create value by producing the right measures to drive operational performance through analysis and reporting to improve operating results * Own the P&L and provide concise and insightful commentary on our financial and operational results * Support strategic initiatives regionally and globally, specifically focusing on asset strategy, profitable commercial expansion, and optimizing product or customer mix * Develop financial analyses, business scenarios, and other models to facilitate strategic decision making and drive initiatives * Foster knowledge sharing between other plants to exchange best practices and identify opportunities for improvement * Create and maintain an effective internal controls environment to ensure compliance and mitigate risks * Support GAAP financial audits and other related capabilities as necessary Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related Business field * Experience in operations finance, internal audit, controlling, strategic planning, business unit finance or commercial support roles * Experience gathering data, performing analysis, originating ideas, and presenting a point of view to key stakeholders What Will Put You Ahead * Experience working in the manufacturing industry or in a global company * Experience in an operations finance role * Leadership or supervisory experience (i.e. coaching/mentoring/leading teams/developing talent) * Experience with business analysis and data visualization tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau, VBA, Hyperion, SQL) This role is not eligible for sponsorship.
