Mental Health Professional

$19.00 per hour

Make a Difference in the Lives of Adults with Behavioral Health Challenges.

Elwyn
, a leading provider of services for individuals with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, is seeking passionate Mental Health Professionals to join our Adult Behavioral Health Crisis RTF team.

In this role, you will:



  • Empower individuals: Develop and implement personalized programs to help residents thrive.
  • Be an advocate: Champion residents' needs and rights with external agencies and families.
  • Support daily living: Assist residents with daily tasks and promote independence.
  • Facilitate healing: Design and lead therapy groups based on recovery principles.
  • Plan for the future: Develop community integration plans to support residents' transition.
  • Make a lasting impact: Conduct intakes, assessments, and guide residents through treatment and discharge.



$19.00 per hour
$2000.00 sign-on bonus eligible
Comprehensive benefits 1st shift (7 am - 3 pm), four weekdays + every other weekend
2nd shift (3 pm - 11 pm), four weekdays + every other weekend
PRN - all shifts

Media, PA (Elwyn campus)

Primary Functions



  • Responsible for developing, implementing, and documenting individual programs for all residents.
  • Act as an advocate and represent client's needs and rights with outside social service agencies, families, etc.
  • Assist residents in all activities of daily living.
  • Design and facilitate therapeutic groups in accordance with psychiatric rehabilitation and recovery principles.
  • Plan and implement community integration plans.
  • Conduct intakes, assessments, treatment planning, coordination of community care linkages, and discharge process.
  • Adhere to standards, procedures, and schedules established by Program Supervisor.



Education/Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in behavioral health, psychology, social work, or related field.
  • OR bachelor's degree in other field + 2 years of experience working with adults facing behavioral health challenges.
  • Valid driver's license in state of residence.
