*Compensation and Schedule Details:* * Competative pay * Training: 30 days Onsite: 8:00AM-5PM, M-F (Paid Training) * Shift after training will be Hybrid between M-F 8am-5pm Work From Home1 week and 1 week in office in rotation. Could work fully on-site if needed. *Role Highlights:* * Industry: Financial Customer Service, Financial Service * Employment Type: 12-month contract-to-Direct Placement * Location: Saint Paul, MN - Candidates must live within 30 minutes of location *Role Benefits:* * Hybrid schedule after training (All equipment provided). * Weekly pay * Benefits available on the first day and frequent company events for employees. * 401k matching after contract period. * After a year, you will have the opportunity to move up in management, fraud, HMC, We believe in developing our people! *A Day in the Role:* * Expectations are that this person will be managing 5 to 10 cases at any time. The first step is to thoroughly read the complaint and then investigate this compliant. There is A LOT of reading and independent work involved with this role. Once this initial research is completed, you will reach out to the customer via phone and let them know that you will be investigating. Each candidate can expect around 5 to 10 calls per day. Very low volume but professional conversations with customers about a complaint that needs to be addressed. *Role Requirements:* * 2+ years of experience with financial customer service * Must have at least a high school diploma * Microsoft Words, Outlook, Excel proficiency * Comfortable with speaking with customers over the phone and have a positive mental attitude.
