Controller Fort Worth Exciting opportunity available for a Controller position with a PE-backed company based in Fort Worth, situated in a rapidly growing market segment. Qualified candidates will have manufacturing industry, cost accounting, and inventory experience, executive presence, and process improvement background (streamlining, creating efficiencies, etc.). Compensation:$145-165k + Bonus DOE Responsibilities: Lead and manage the month/quarter/year-end close processes with precision and efficiency. Prepare financial statements. Maintainthe fixed asset ledger, depreciation calculations, capital expenditure requests and compliance. Organize and overseethe year-end physical inventory of inventory and cycle count process. Implement and maintain consistent accounting policies, practices, and procedures across all organizational programs. Oversee the preparation and review of all financial statements and reports. Develop and monitor key business performance metrics to drive informed decision-making. Play a pivotal role in M&A activities, including purchase accounting and integration of acquisitions.
