I am working with a client in Dallas that is looking for an IT Field Support Analyst. Here is a brief overview of the position.


  • Provide IT support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Active Directory, LAN administration, desktop support, email systems and server administration.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • 2+ years of experience in installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing computers, printers, and software.
  • Confidence interacting with a wide range of people from clerical staff, network specialists, developers, senior management, and vendors.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • 15% domestic travel
  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
