Under supervision, provides technical support related to the Imaging Enterprise Imaging central repository and medical record. Helps users with procedural or minor technical problems related to electronic records reconciliation, access/share tools, image distribution, uploading patient films, comparison films, burning/transferring films, and with computer hardware and software. Creates documentation to assist with technical support, new features, and documents chronic issues with the systems. Responsible for end-user training, and assists with process issues and technical questions. Responsible for quality assurance on uploads and discs burned in the Digital Library to ensure correct image count, accurate patient demographic information, and correct workflow for the uploaded images within the diagnostic Radiology workflow. Monitors unexpected errors and reports all issues to the Enterprise Imaging Informatics technical team. Documents functionality gaps reported by users and suggests solutions to the Enterprise Imaging Informatics technical team. Consults with Enterprise Imaging Informatics technical support on new RIS design, build, testing, training and go-live. Supports related applications on all medical center computers, as well as clinically integrated networks and patient use. Assists with functionality testing of Enterprise tools during test trials and pre-go live. Assists with the implementation and documentation of procedures for new RIS as it relates to the Digital Library. Performs other entry-level technical support functions as required. Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $58,600 - $100,800 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $28.07 - $48.28 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable). |
