Responsibilities

  • Assist ServiceNow QA with documenting test cases and test case execution
  • Assist with developing standard process documentation
  • Assist ServiceNow Architect and Technical Lead with workflow documentation and architecture diagrams
  • Work with system admins to perform minor ServiceNow admin related tasks
  • Build simple catalog items and workflows
  • Assist ServiceNow Development with form building, script development, business rule development, UI actions and workflows


Basic Qualifications

  • Where permitted by applicable law, must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to be considered for this U.S. based job. (Reasonable accommodations for medical and religious objections will be considered.)
  • College student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer-Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline with a GPA of at least 3.0
  • Motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Foundational understanding Microsoft Office 365 software products
  • Foundational understanding of a software development language
  • Foundational understanding of an automated software testing tool
  • Foundational understanding of cloud applications
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
  • Detailed-oriented with good organizational skills
  • Openness to receiving and applying feedback
  • Ability to balance competing priorities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with dynamically changing priorities
  • Comfortable with relying upon judgement in carrying out responsibilities

Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time.

Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.

USD 23.17 - 34.81 per hour

Compensation:

Hourly base pay rate is $23.17 - $34.81/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
