Purpose:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented recent university graduate to join our advanced manufacturing and energy transition program. This individual will support the development and deployment of cutting-edge manufacturing solutions aimed at accelerating the shift toward sustainable energy technologies. As a Graduate Program Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on projects that drive innovation in manufacturing processes, supply chain optimization, and product deployment within the energy transition sector.

Responsibilities:



  • Assist in the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes aligned with sustainable energy goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, logistics, and operations, to support the deployment of products that contribute to the energy transition.
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of automation technologies in manufacturing workflows.
  • Support the integration of digital and data-driven tools for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in the research and analysis of new materials, technologies, and practices that can reduce carbon footprints and improve manufacturing sustainability.
  • Provide support in tracking project milestones, reporting progress, and identifying potential risks.
  • Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and documentation related to manufacturing innovations and energy transition products.
  • Passion for innovation and sustainability in manufacturing and energy sectors.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to take on diverse responsibilities and contribute to multiple aspects of the program.

What you will bring

Technical/Industry Experience and Qualifications Requirements:



  • Knowledge of advanced manufacturing processes, automation, and digital technologies.
  • Strong interest in sustainability and the energy transition sector.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CAD software, data analytics tools, or related technical programs is a plus



Education - Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:

Required:



  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering.


Preferred:



  • Degree in Related field.
