Are you an administrative wizard? May Institute's Human Resources team is looking for you! We are hiring a Human Resources Administrative Assistant who will be a critical partner in ensuring our team's continued success.

As a pivotal player in our recruiting organization, you'll be deeply ingrained in our talent attraction operations, crafting unforgettable experiences for candidates and giving them a glimpse into the incredible world of May Institute, which serves people with autism, brain injury and other disabilities! This position reports directly to our Senior Director of Human Resources.

We're looking for a talented administrator who can cast a spell with internal and external partners, juggle competing tasks and add a dash of creativity into their daily tasks. Your Role in Action



  • Accomplishment: Quickly execute tasks like conducting I-9 verifications and preparing leave paperwork





  • Accuracy: Maintain and organize data in our data warehouse to ensure accurate reporting and tracking





  • Analytics: Help organize, build and maintain leave spreadsheets, and proactively provide reporting to Human Resources leadership





  • Collaboration: Partner with the HR operations team and Field Human Resources





  • Compliance: Support the creation, documentation and auditing of best-in-class compliance processes



Your Skills and Talents



  • 2+ years experience working in an administrative capacity





  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience





  • Digital native proficiency





  • Moderate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Teams and Word





  • Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills





  • Impeccable time management while managing competing priorities





  • Relentless attention to detail





  • Experience with PowerPoint and HRIS systems preferred
