Summary: Presbyterian is hiring a Clinic Manager for the OB / GYN Clinic at Rust Medical Center and Kaseman. The Clinic Manager coordinates and manages clinic workflow activities and staff to achieve continuous and optimal patient care. Oversees operational aspects of provider practice to ensure clinical quality and financial viability. Works collaboratively with MSO to ensure optimal structure and function of support staff. Responsible for day to day operations of clinic practice. Maintain liaison with professional medical staff and other personnel in administrating policies and procedures regarding patient flow and utilization of space, time, supplies, and equipment. In collaboration with the clinical staff, develops policies and procedures to improve patient care and utilization of clinic resources. Supervise and coordinate activities of a clinic/department to include establishing and maintaining systems for patient flow through the clinic/department and the utilization of clinic and ancillary facilities and manpower. Provides leadership and supervision of clinical and clerical team to further the vision, values and strategies of PMG. Coordinates required review of clinical competencies with appropriate licensed staff and Director of Operations. Responsible for regulatory compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and standards in collaboration with the RN clinic lead and takes corrective action when deficiencies occur. Prepares work schedules, assigns personnel, evaluates work performance and initiates/makes recommendations for personnel actions Qualifications Credentials: Bachelor's degree required or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
