Responsibilities
Lead, train, and delegate responsibilities to our talented community associates, ensuring high productivity and performance.
- Drive financial success by maintaining budgeted occupancy, collections, and expenses.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing resident service requests and conducting thorough community inspections.
- Embrace our cutting-edge iPad leasing and marketing standards to connect with prospective residents, showcase available apartments, and secure leases.
- Oversee leasing office associates, fostering their continuous growth in leasing and customer service standards.
- Create a positive work environment through coaching, cross-training opportunities, and promoting career advancement.
- Stay updated on market conditions and competition, providing strategic recommendations for enhancing community operations.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure seamless community operations within budgetary guidelines.
- Manage capital improvement projects, overseeing progress, reviewing scope of work, and approving payments for outstanding results.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree or CAM/ARM certification preferred).
- Minimum of three years of experience in multi-family or hospitality management, with a strong understanding of community operations.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering on our "It's About You" customer service standards.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, handling unexpected challenges with ease.
- Strong comprehension of legal documents related to lease management and rent collections.
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering diversity and contributing to an inclusive work environment.
