As the HR Compliance Administrator, you will oversee the life cycle of the LOA process, workers comp case management, researching various compliance regulatory updates, tracking/maintaining documentation, running/analyzing reports as well as various other tasks to support the Compliance and Associate Relations functions.
Using your HR compliance experience and high attention to detail and analytical skills, you will play a key role in:



  • Overseeing the day-to-day aspects of the LOA process (documentation, communication, reporting, state and federal regulatory compliance etc.
  • Actively participating as member of the Reasonable Accommodation Committee (RAC); engaging in "interactive process" with associates on LOA and/or requesting accommodations
  • Maintaining internal workers' compensation records and serving as intermediary between the insurance company and DXL, including providing them with all information needed to timely and effectively manage claims. This position is also responsible for completing any required OSHA recordkeeping reports and filings
  • Assisting with design and delivery of Compliance and Associate Relations training initiatives
  • Taking active lead role in DXL's unemployment claim management
    Partnering with field and corporate leadership to assist in resolving Associate Relations issues


We're looking for someone with:


  • An Associate's degree (or equivalent combination of education, training and experience in an HR Department) preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • An aptitude and initiative to learn new applications
