Elevate is looking for a Production Machine Operator to join our work family at Burlington Finishing Plant (formally known as Burlington Industries). Must be willing to work in a non-climate controlled environment and work overtime as needed, Drug testing and background checks are required upon offer of employment.


Primary Job Duties:

  • Responsible for all operation and set up of production machinery
  • Meet or exceed company quality standards
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance
  • Comply with company processes and procedures
  • Follow verbal and written instructions
  • Stand, walk, lift, bed, stoop, and reach while handling material or products
  • Work cooperatively, courteously, and respectfully with all team members, vendors, and visitors
  • Perform job duties in variable temperatures based on weather conditions (including hot weather)
  • Ensure good housekeeping of all areas and company premises
  • Successfully complete drug and background screenings



Mandatory Prerequisites:

  • Must process competent reading/writing skills to read operating procedures, production records, and machine data sheets
  • Able to walk/stand for duration of shift
  • Able to push, pull, or lift 50+ pounds
