RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Consults with portfolio, program and project managers and technical experts to set up assignments, tasks, and subtasks.
  • Develops, implements, and maintains an effective scheduling management system.
  • Coordinates project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Monitors portfolio, program or project timelines and deadlines.
  • Identifies potential schedule delays and facilitates interventions.
  • Evaluates performance prepares project progress reports.
  • Participates in design meeting. Works with managers to create comprehensive action plans concerning resources, budgets, and timeframes.
  • Keeps stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines.
  • Manages project related paperwork.
  • Requires medium to advanced knowledge of project scheduling tools (MS Project).
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • Must have Active Top Secret Clearance with Polygraph
