Job Summary Job Description Objective: Under the general direction of the Test Engineering Manager, prepares tests objectives, standards, methods, conditions and equipment. Identifies product capability and reliability by conducting performance, environmental and operational tests. Resolves testing problems by altering testing methods during tests; notifying manager to obtain additional resources. Documents test outcomes using the RTA Maintenance Database and additional spreadsheets. Essential Responsibilities:

Scope of Supervision: Travel Required: Negligible Physical Demand (Special Considerations): While performing the duties of this job, the employee is consistently required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to walk, kneel/squat and bend. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds.
