Role and Responsibilities:
Are you ready to keep things squeaky clean and shining bright? We're looking for a Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you'll be the superhero of sanitation, ensuring our space is always tidy and welcoming.



  • Work with a team that is primarily composed of individuals with disabilities.
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum like a pro.
  • Keep restrooms fresh and stocked.
  • Empty trash and recycling bins with a smile.
  • Help maintain a spotless environment that everyone loves.

  • Ability to work directly with disabled individuals.


Physical Demands:

The Custodian position is a physically demanding position. While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is regularly required to reach with hands and arms. The incumbent is frequently required to use to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls. The incumbent must spend the entire time at work standing, walking, lifting heavy objects, operating medium-weight equipment. The incumbent is required to do a great deal of stretching and bending, often in awkward positions. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these functions. The incumbent must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Environmental Demands:
Custodian will encounter potentially hazardous cleaning products and chemicals. We prioritize safety and provide comprehensive training to minimize risks. Additionally, janitors may occasionally meet bodily fluids, and we supply protective equipment for their safety. Maintaining personal hygiene is paramount to prevent exposure to communicable diseases.

Obtaining and maintaining the appropriate Security Clearance is required to access the primary worksite. Obtaining Securing Clearance can be a lengthy process and will be discussed during the initial interview. Everyone is encouraged to apply! CW staff will help throughout the entire process.
