Program Overview

Community Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and passionate candidate to fill the role of Client Engagement Specialist, for our Day Reporting Center located in Santa Barbara, CA. As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will play a key role in guiding individuals on parole through meaningful community service projects and supporting their journey toward positive change. What You'll Do:

  • Supervise and actively participate in community service projects, modeling pro-social behaviors for clients.
  • Ensure the safety of clients and proper handling of tools and equipment.
  • Document client progress and community service hours in CSI's data systems.
  • Organize logistics for community service sites, including transportation, meals, and emergency response.
  • Develop new community service projects and maintain an updated calendar for client participation.
  • Conduct weekly safety and sanitation inspections of the facility and ensure compliance with CSI's policies.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and confidentiality.

Hourly Rate: $21.86

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma with at least 3 years of experience in trades, public work, or working with people in need.
  • Strong decision-making, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Public Service License required for driving agency vehicles).
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and a commitment to working as part of a team.
