Job Title: Architect UI (React Js/Angular JS) Location(s): Philadelphia, PA & Westchester, PA Main Responsibilities: * Ownership of high level strategic functional design and delivery of solutions to clients * Lead team of architects as needed to drive end to end solution delivery taking full responsibility . - Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Produce design for system components that meet functional and non functional requirements taking scalability, performance and non-functional requirements. - Creating architectural diagrams, documentation and presentations to communicate technical design and decisions effectively. Technical leadership: * Work with offshore teams for solution architecture, estimates, delivery etc. - Ability to evaluate new technologies, frameworks and tools to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement and recommend. - STRONG Experience UI technologies such as React.js, Angular and backend technologies such as Node js - Possess good knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure/AWS. - Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python. - Ability to guide and mentor team members to adopt best practices and coding standards - Help resolve technical challenges, perform application optimization * Update management team on overall project, risks, and technology issues and propose suitable alternatives. * Develop Train-the-Trainer materials - Help provide specifications for APIs * Participation in each development phase full lifecycle implementations. Security and compliance - Conduct security assessments and implement necessary measures following best practices and industry standards. Project management - Strong communicator to effectively bring together cross functional teams including project managers, testers, architects etc to provide solutions. * Significant Consulting/client facing background. - Participate in project planning and issue resolution to ensure project deliveries." * Architect certification or working toward certification. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. *Excellent interpersonal and managing skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, logistics, and customers. *Strong supervisory and leadership skills. *Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. *Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, and Business Tools. * Ability to handle pressure and clear the deliveries on time.
