JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for managing a group of clients to include the relationship and risk exposure of those clients. Position will consult daily with senior A/E's on client issues as they arise and work to resolve those issues accordingly

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Manage all phases of assigned client relationship, including daily purchases/funding, setting of individual customer funding limits, implementation of pricing/fee enhancements and ensuring client reporting compliance.
  • Consults with client's senior management on client issues as they arise and works to resolve those issues accordingly.
  • Perform analysis on client's financial and collateral performance and prepare write-ups on financial performance as required.
  • Coordinate with contracted 3rd party and Operations/Portfolio Manager on field examination work for assigned portfolio.
  • Participate in regular conference calls and meetings with SBF Executive and Senior Management, including monthly portfolio review meetings and problem loan meetings as required.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly Portfolio Reports for SBF Sr. Management.
  • Visit client sites to tour facilities, discuss overall business, address specific credit issues and cross sell additional Seacoast Bank products and services.
  • Member of SBF Senior Management Team and participates in development of SBF Processes and Procedures.
  • Utilize industry specific software (Factorsoft), Microsoft Office and Seacoast Bank on-line banking portals in order to perform daily tasks.
  • Manage / Supervise less experienced Account Executives, including training in all areas of the positions.
  • Primary Backup for Operations/Portfolio Mangager.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:



  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university in Business or Accounting/Finance preferred. Requirement may be waived if applicant has direct Factoring or Asset Based Lending experience.
  • 8-10 years: 5 plus years experience as an Account Executive in a commercial financial services firm/investment banking organization; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience in Factoring and/or Asset Based Lending a plus.
