In this role, you will be an integral part of a nationwide sales team developing and managing an assigned territory. You will have the opportunity to provide patients with rare diseases with the life-changing and potentially life-saving treatment options they deserve.
- Provide critical oversight on matters related to the project and responsible for building external relationships with recognized experts, HCP's and prioritized external stakeholders
- Develop deep product and competitor knowledge as well as understanding local and regional market trends
- Assist and coordinate critical activities with physicians and office staff through the drug initiation process, product training, patient support programs and follow-up where applicable
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience; specialty sales strongly preferred
- 2+ years of Hospital sales or OR experience
- Consistent and proven track record of documented top-tier sales accomplishments
- Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
Desired Requirements:
- Experience calling on Anthesthiologist or Surgeons in the designated territory geography a plus
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and scientific product-related information
- Strong analytical skills working with data sets to develop sales strategies
- High drive and initiative working independently or in collaboration with a team
