We're seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about keeping equipment and the facility running smoothly and enjoy a fast-paced industrial environment, we want to hear from you! Role and Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair equipment using technical information and resources Prioritize workplace safety above all else Collaborate closely with machine operators & the facilities teams Work overtime as needed Update technical documentation of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities. Qualifications for the role Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required Industrial Maintenance or similar Associate's degree, OR 2+ years of related experience in maintenance and/or education 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Knowledge of industrial electrical applications, pneumatics, hydraulics, and control systems Strong professional written and oral communication skills Ability to read prints and technical manuals Skilled at diagnosing machine malfunctions and communicating detailed root causes Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure Willingness to attend additional job-related training classes Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
