Your role and responsibilities

Maintenance Technician - Join Our Team!
We're seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about keeping equipment and the facility running smoothly and enjoy a fast-paced industrial environment, we want to hear from you!
Role and Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair equipment using technical information and resources
Prioritize workplace safety above all else
Collaborate closely with machine operators & the facilities teams
Work overtime as needed
Update technical documentation of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities.

Qualifications for the role
  • Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Industrial Maintenance or similar Associate's degree, OR 2+ years of related experience in maintenance and/or education
  • 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Knowledge of industrial electrical applications, pneumatics, hydraulics, and control systems
  • Strong professional written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to read prints and technical manuals
  • Skilled at diagnosing machine malfunctions and communicating detailed root causes
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure
  • Willingness to attend additional job-related training classes
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
