Commercial Banking Internship Summer 2025

Johnson Financial Group (JFG) is hiring a Commercial Banking Intern for Summer 2025 in Milwaukee, WI!

As a Commercial Banking Intern with JFG, you will get well-rounded, hands on experience with our credit team, portfolio managers (PMs) and relationship managers (RMs).

During this internship you will:

• Develop the ability to perform aspects of commercial underwriting including cash flow analysis, collateral analysis, loan structuring and general system use
• Understand and implement the 5 C's of Credit
• Work with credit team to understand the credit analysis process
• Deepen financial statement and ratio knowledge through spreading
• Attend client meetings and property visits with RM

Qualifications:

• Actively seeking a degree in finance, accounting, or related field; involvement in a Real Estate or Commercial Banking club or program preferred
• Junior standing
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Involvement in a Finance Association a plus

Duration: 10 weeks; June 2, 2025 - August 8, 2025

Salary: $18.00/ hour
