Job Description:
The United States Marine Corps (USMC) Force-on-Force Training Systems-Next (FoFTS-Next) program will provide the training tools needed to prepare Marines for any contingency, anywhere. Saab, Inc is looking for an experienced Operations Officer at each of our four sites (MCAGCC, CPEN, CLNC, MCBH) to support the FoFTS-Next program. The Operations Officer leads the planning, liaison, and delivery for all Marine Corps Training Instrumentation System (MCTIS) exercise support on base and oversee the training delivery of steady state training and deploy for training activity that utilizes the MCTIS capability. The Operations Officer reports to the Saab Site Lead and will act as the primary point of contact for the planning, preparation, and delivery of all MCTIS events conducted by training units at your respective base (MCAGCC, CPEN, CLNC, MCBH). Compensation Range: $94,800- $120,900 The compensation range provided is a general guideline.
