Overview Join our incredibly friendly team at Andy's Liquor Northwest (3514 55th St NW, Rochester, MN 55901)! We're actively hiring for a full-time Liquor Shift Manager to join our team! As a Shift Manager, you will lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager. In this position, you will: Provide remarkable customer service to each and every guest that visits our store by greeting, offering, thanking them! Ring up purchases using the cash register Stock merchandise to the shelf and build exciting displays that help us grown sales Inspiring your coworkers by providing assistance with difficult guest situations and teaching them new information Assist the Store Manager with ordering product and managing inventory Provide samples to guests of products that we offer and educate them on all of our offerings Requirements Must be atleast 18 years of age Previous experience in customer service/retail preferred Must be available to work a variety of shifts including evenings and every other weekend We believe that building a team of people with different backgrounds, beliefs, experiences and perspectives inspires fresh thinking and opens us up to new possibilities.
