What does a Sales Training and Development Intern do at Swire Coca-Cola? A Sales Training and Development Intern supports Swire's sales teams by assisting in the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and performance of sales employees.

Job Details:

This position is for a summer Internship from May 2025 - August 2025

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Support Training Programs:
  
  
  
  • Assist in developing sales training content, including presentations, manuals, and online training modules, tailored to the needs of different sales roles such as sales representatives, merchandisers, and managers
  
  
  
  

• Collaborate with the training team to ensure that materials are aligned with business objectives and sales strategies
• Organize and schedule training sessions across the Central region, ensuring effective communication with participants regarding training logistics




• Research and Recommend New Training Tools:




• Stay updated on the latest training methodologies and tools.
• Partner with cross-functional departments in researching new technology or training programs that could enhance the sales training experience
• Propose recommendations to the training team on how to modernize and improve current programs




• Monitoring and Evaluating Training Effectiveness:




• Collecting and analyzing feedback from training participants to assess the effectiveness of the training programs
• Preparing reports and presentations for leadership on the impact of training efforts on sales performance




• Sales Team & Administrative Support:




• Partner with sales managers and leadership to identify specific training needs for their teams, adjusting the content and focus of training programs as necessary
• Assisting in developing training plans to address areas for improvement and enhance selling techniques

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent related program with a graduation date of Aug 2025 or later
