JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Penn State DuBois is seeking a dynamic and energetic individual for a part time Career Development Specialist opening. Job Summary: The Career Development Specialist will assist with the delivery of career development and career preparation services for the campus' students and graduates. The incumbent will develop programs to support career and professional success of students and to educate them on career choices and the employment search process. The specialist will create opportunities for student interactions with professionals in their fields and implement experiential programs to support student leadership development and career skills to promote their own professional success. The specialist will also be working to support student success to graduation initiatives through event programming and other activities. Job Duties
