Overview: Blue Yonder is seeking a Senior-level Executive Assistant to join our Marketing Team. This position requires a tenacious self-starter who can anticipate the needs of the executive and take initiative to solve problems independently. In addition to being organized and analytical, they must have strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people across multiple job functions and levels. The dieal candidate will love what they do and have the desire to be a team player on an amazing team.

What You Will Do:

  • Multitask, prioritize incoming requests, and work with initiative without requiring close supervision
  • Engage with a large range of contacts varying from entry-level to extremely high-level; may be exposed to sensitive information requiring discretion and good judgment
  • Prepare confidential communications and maintain files and communications for the assigned Executive. Provide administrative support and coordination for Board and Committee meetings, if applicable
  • Plan and coordinate frequent domestic and international travel arrangements for multiple executives on the Marketing Leadership Team
  • Enter and complete detailed expense reports quickly and accurately on behalf of 1-2 Executives
  • Manage meeting requests, including assessment of time zones, ideal meeting length, agenda, and appropriate participants. Coordinate the planning of meetings and gatherings, including occasional room preparation and catering
  • Support the Marketing Leadership Team as needed to arrange and support complex, inter-departmental meetings
  • Support staff meetings, including the development of agendas and capturing key action items and follow-ups
  • Proactively anticipate leader needs
  • Form personal relationships with the Marketing Leadership Team to better understand their priorities and schedules

What We Are Looking For:

  • A minimum of AA/AS degree plus 7+ years of experience, or equivalent
  • Ability to work autonomously on assignments and handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity, discretion, and utmost secrecy
  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills and a strong sense of professionalism
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident and well-informed decisions
  • Demonstrates an ability to anticipate needs and changes, then react with the best interest of the business in mind
  • Excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships cross-functionally
  • Possess a "can-do" attitude for all situations, no task too big or too small to handle
  • Extraordinary work ethic while balancing the needs of the individuals and the business
  • Ability to influence others; handle conflict appropriately, know when to delegate issues upward and when to apply common sense
  • Calm under pressure, sense of humor, and good with people
  • Experience onboarding new employees and training new team members

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $105,000.

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
