In this role, you'll be accountable for developing, improving and delivering training to individuals in leadership and professional capacities. Recognizing the significant challenges faced by first-time supervisors, you will facilitate a smooth transition into leadership roles by promoting the practice of effective supervisory skills. You will also own the site's mentorship programs and the professional training program. Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Depending on current certifications and experience, this role could require the selected candidate to become certified in Criterion Referenced Instruction (CRI), Instructional Module Design (IMD), as well as various necessary certifications in Clifton Strengths-Finder, Myers-Briggs and Franklin Covey.
