Level I:
* KNOWLEDGE: Learns to use professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
* JOB COMPLEXITY: Exercises good judgment in following standard techniques, procedures and criteria in carrying out a
sequence of related design tasks. Contact with others is primarily internal.
* SUPERVISION: Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.
