We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Project Specialist located in the Southeastern region (Charlotte, NC) with a focus on our Strategic Accounts. As the primary technical liaison between the customer and our company (SEE), you will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications
Required Qualifications: * BA/BS Degree; MS preferred in Food Science, Meat Science, Packaging, Agricultural Scientist or related disciplines preferred. * Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. * Demonstrated ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear and concise information for non-technical audiences. * Project management experience, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. * Knowledge of the food industry, specifically within the meat processing sector, is highly desirable. * Willing to travel up to 50% to customer sites and attend industry events as needed.
