About This Position

** This is a hybrid position working in office on Wednesdays and virtually all other week days **

The Regional Account Executive will work with their Manager to promote, develop and increase the profitable sales volume of his/her book of business. This is a sales position that has a defined territory and an established customer base.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • Promote company services and products to existing customers
  • Sell new operating supplies to existing coffee customers and selected prospects.
  • Follow fiscal sales and marketing plans
  • Achieve set goals and forecasts
  • Recognize and react to territory trends
  • Prospect new account opportunities within sales territory, when applicable
  • Make daily outbound sales calls to customers
  • Field inbound calls to support all customer needs
  • Maintain accurate account records
  • Meet and communicate with Manager regularly
  • Complete miscellaneous projects assigned by your Manager

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid driver's license; must have and maintain a satisfactory driving record
  • Ability to understand and apply sales concepts
  • Ability to understand profit margins and forecasts
  • Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs)
  • Customer service oriented
  • Detail oriented with ability to follow up
  • Excellent telephone and communication skills
  • Ability to travel on company business
