Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Mooresville, NC. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  1. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  2. Maintain accurate inventory records in the management system; perform data entry and inventory updates as needed.
  3. Coordinate with the purchasing team to place orders for replenishment and oversee the receiving of inventory shipments.
  4. Analyze inventory data and trends to forecast future inventory needs and prevent stock shortages or overages.
  5. Implement and maintain efficient inventory control processes and systems.
  6. Collaborate with the sales team to support order fulfillment and inventory allocation based on demand.
  7. Investigate discrepancies in inventory counts and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  8. Prepare regular reports on inventory status, turnover rates, and supply chain performance for management review.
  9. Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management policies and procedures.
  10. Train and support team members on best practices in inventory management and control.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $20+/hr ; depending on experience.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • AA/AS required
  • 3 years' of inventory management experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Inventory Control Systems is required.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Experience with Quickbooks is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and instruct others, interpret documents, understand procedures, write reports and correspondence, and speak clearly.
  • Detail-oriented, logical, and methodological approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • The position travels as needed.
  • While performing this position the incumbent spends time writing, typing, speaking, listening, lifting (up to 20 pounds), carrying, seeing (such as close, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and adjusted focus), sitting, pulling, walking, standing, squatting, kneeling and reaching.
  • He/she can sit for prolonged periods and work non-traditional hours when needed.
