Job Description:

Food & Nutrition Services plays a vital role in fulfilling the mission of the hospital by providing nutritious and delicious meals to patients. In addition to providing patient meals, employees and visitors are served each day in the cafeteria.

Full-Time, Days

Job Description:

• Performs a variety of cleaning tasks, maintaining clean and sanitary conditions in all Food Service area.
• May serve, and/or operate cash register in cafeteria.
• May include dishwashing, pot washing, general sanitation, cleaning and use of kitchen equipment; may assist in the service and storage of food.
• This position performs general duties in the cafeteria area as required to ensure high quality customer service. They have direct contact with both employees and visitors.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food Handlers card or Serv Safe certificate is required
• On-the-job training provided.
