Job DescriptionAs a member of the Technical Services Department, focus on delivering post-sales support and solutions to Flex customers. This involves answering technical questions and resolving technical issues for customers running Flex proprietary software in a Windows, Linux and Unix environment. Supporting Motorola Solutions products may also be required. As a primary point of contact for customers, be responsible for maintaining and improving positive long term partnerships between Motorola Solutions and the Customers.
This position is subject to working in high security areas governed by the US Department of Justice's "Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy" and therefore requires successfully passing a more stringent fingerprint background check administered by Motorola Solutions Inc. customers #LI-DB1 #LI-REMOTE Basic Requirements
