Job Description Job Type: Contract (Until the end of the year) About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Content Supply Chain (CSC) Project Manager to join our team. This role involves managing multiple projects and initiatives within the content supply chain, improving processes, and supporting the Director of Content Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent PowerPoint abilities, and the flexibility to handle various tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in managing and executing multiple projects within the content supply chain. * Participate in calls and meetings, taking notes and producing reports and presentations. * Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports. * Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project alignment. * Create professional PowerPoint presentations based on provided content and guidelines. * Support the Director in building out long-term strategies for the content supply chain. * Identify and implement improvements to existing processes and tools. * Ensure timely and accurate communication of project status to leadership. Qualifications: * Minimum of 3 years of project management experience. * Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and MS Teams. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Experience in content management or marketing is a plus. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Skills: * Familiarity with Adobe tools (not required but beneficial). * Experience working in a remote and international team environment. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Work Schedule: * Flexible hours, with a preference for availability during European or US East Coast business hours. * Ability to attend meetings and calls as needed, sometimes outside of regular business hours.
