What you'll be doing: Responsible for the Printing, Ink, Press Make Ready Area and Graphics Review the specifications and make specific recommendations with regard to manufacturing capabilities. Development of Standardize Process Conditions and Process Data Collection Systems. Lead Teams in the selection and execution of Loss Reduction Projects using DMAIC and PDCA methodology to attain Team Goals. Responsible for all printing related FA's and work closely with the CAPA Team for resolution of issues. Review all procedures and policies as needed with SPS Steering Team. Manage and schedule employee vacation time. Coordinate counseling and progressive discipline of employees with the input of the Human Resource Department and the Director of Operations and consistent with HR policy. Control the inventory of supplies used by the press department. This position is located in Waco, TX We'd love to hear from you if: Management skills Great familiarity of SPS tools and processes. Green Belt and capable of 6Sigma Black Belt Completion of applicable process improvement projects. Rotogravure experience Engineering Degree preferred Compensation: The annual base salary range for this role is from $98,640 to $110,970, plus annual target bonus of 12.5% of base salary. An annual bonus is awarded to eligible employees upon attaining various business and individual goals as defined by the Company and the department leader. This annual bonus is discretionary, and the Company has sole discretion to determine the amount of the award.
