Verify Operational Readiness of Vehicles and Equipment - 15% Maintain Cleanliness of MCAS Vehicles - 10% Respond Promptly to Calls Received from the Dispatch Center- 10% Operate MCAS Vehicles in a Safe, Courteous and Efficient Manner - 15% Assess, Monitor, Transport and Provide Necessary Medical Treatment - 15% Prepare Written Documentation in a Complete, Timely and Accurate Manner - 10% Function at a High Level of Efficiency - 5% Demonstrate Skill Proficiency on an Annual Basis - 5% Maintains Professional Certifications by Attending In-service Training Programs - 5% Attends Staff Meetings/Complies with Employee Health Requirements / CompletesMandatoryEmployee Training Programs - 5% Performs POC testing with approval of Administration - 5%

Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses
SC PARAMEDIC SCDL - SC DRIVERS LICENSE: Valid driver's license and an acceptable five-year motor vehicle record as defined by the Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Chart BCLS - BASIC CARDIAC LIFE SUPPORT ACLS - ADV CARDIAC LIFE SUPPORT PALS(Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - Required within 90 days of hire NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) - Required within 90 days of hire
In Lieu Of The Minimum Requirements Listed Above
In lieu of a SC Driver's License, a valid driver's license, from a state other than South Carolina, may be accepted if primary residence is not SC. The required active South Carolina AND National Registry EMS certification meets the educational requirements for this role. A Provisional SC Paramedic certification meets education and Paramedic certification requirements but are required to obtain conventional South Carolina certification and NREMT certification before the provisional certification expires.
