ChampionX has an immediate need for a Quality Auditor with ChampionX Unbridled ESP Systems located in Odessa, TX.

What You Will Do:

  • Ensure compliance with procedures and metrics that impact quality throughout the organization.
  • Perform quality analyses and inspections.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of programs and processes using data and internal auditing programs.
  • Validate, update, and audit standard work instructions and procedures to improve service to the customer.
  • Implement the technical training strategy to ensure organizational performance. Facilitate training as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School education or equivalent.
  • 3 years of experience in Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) operations and field service, including surface equipment.
  • Ability to effectively plan and organize.
  • Ability to write professional reports and business correspondence.
  • Ability to professionally and tactfully interact with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of employees, managers, and customers.
  • Follow all safety policies and company-wide safety requirements; encourage action assuring safe behavior; confront unsafe behavior and conditions proactively and positively.
  • Work in an unsupervised environment.
  • Read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Use a computer to communicate and access data.

Work Environment:

  • The employee is subject to both environmental conditions: Activities occur inside and outside.
  • The employee is subject to extreme cold: Temperatures typically below 32 degrees for periods of more than 1 hour. Considerations should be given to the effect of other environmental conditions such as wind and humidity.
  • The employee is subject to extreme heat: Temperatures above 100 degrees for periods of more than 1 hour. Considerations should be given to the effect of other environmental conditions such as wind and humidity.
  • The employee is subject to hazards: Including a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to high heat, or exposure to chemicals.
