The training specialist will be responsible for improving the competencies of individual employees by designing and conducting training programs that will enhance employee workplace performance in alignment with company's core values. This individual will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions. This individual will also be responsible for interfacing with Operations and Human Resources in order to understand the training and developmental needs of the company from a cross-functional perspective, so that they can be proactively addressed through robust training initiatives that will produce short-term and long-term results.
