Position Overview: We are seeking co-op and intern candidates for our Technology Services team in Atlanta and Charlotte. This role offers hands-on experience with advanced technologies, including cloud computing, networking, RPA, AI, and Microsoft application development.
Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to McKenney's colleagues at our campuses and field job sites.
  • Gain practical experience by tackling real-world technology challenges.
  • Collaborate effectively in a team and work independently on specific tasks.
  • Utilize knowledgebase resources to resolve complex issues and manage daily tasks.
  • Develop organizational and technical skills through real-world experiences.
  • Take on team responsibilities and adhere to best practices.
  • Show consistent progress to earn more opportunities for advanced tasks and projects.
Qualifications:
  • Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week (40 hours preferred) Monday through Friday.
  • Ability to work in-person at one of our campuses during the work semester.
  • Enrollment in an accredited 4-year undergraduate degree program in technology or business-related fields at a college, university, or technical school.
  • Enrollment in a university co-op program is preferred but not required.
  • Intern candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Preference for candidates who can work multiple full-time semesters (concurrent or alternating), but this is not required.
  • Reliable transportation to the campus is necessary.
