Job Description
Location: New York, NYThe Director of Analytics will provide strategic guidance to The New Yorker through in-depth analyses and reporting to key stakeholders across Editorial, Audience Development, Business Leadership, and more to help achieve audience and consumer goals for the magazine. The Director of Analytics will partner closely with these teams to develop and apply insights with the goal of deepening the brands' relationship with the reader. They will also be responsible for evangelizing the use of analytics for insight-based business decisions, both strategic and tactical, while serving as the analytic subject matter expert to various levels of business stakeholders, including analysts at other Conde Nast brands. The ideal candidate will be someone who is highly quantitative, but also nimble and creative, with the ability to think critically and influence the decision-making process through data and testing. Curiosity, motivation, rigor, and expertise with digital analytics tools are a must; a love for the New Yorker brand is a plus. This position reports to the Senior Director of Audience Development and Analytics for The New Yorker. Responsibilities:

The expected base salary range for this position is from $155,000-$180,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
