Position: Payroll Specialist (Part-time with possibility of full time)

Location: Remote

This is a remote role offering competitive pay-depending on experience, $25-$30 per hour

What You'll Do:

  Review and verify weekly timesheets and source documents to ensure accuracy.

  Maintain payroll operations by following established policies and procedures, reporting necessary adjustments.

  Build trust with employees by safeguarding confidential payroll information.

  Process payroll changes and assist with unemployment requests.

  Develop and manage comprehensive payroll records.

  Provide support by maintaining high-level standard payroll procedures.

What You Offer:

• 
  

  GED or High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.

  
  

• 
  

  3 to 6 years of corporate payroll experience.

  
  

• 
  

  Expertise in timesheet review, payroll preparation, and processing.

  
  

• 
  

  Experience handling direct deposits and other payroll changes.

  
  

• 
  

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

  
  

• 
  

  Experience with Deltek VantagePoint and UKG Ready (formerly known as Kronos) is highly desired.
