Overview
Texas Oncology is looking for a PET Technologist to join our team! This position will support the PET Department at our 1901 S. 2nd Street location in McAllen, Texas. Typical work week has the following rotation: 10:00a - 8:00p Monday, Tuesday, and Friday; 8:00a - 5:00p Wednesday and Thursday with every other Saturday from 8:00a - 5:00p. The week following a Saturday clinic hour will be 10:00a - 8:00p Tuesday and Friday; 8:00a - 5:00p Wednesday and Thursday. This position will have ocassional travel as needed to cover at the Brownsville and Harlingen locations. Sign On Bonus: This position is offering a Sign On Bonus of $5,000.00!! This position can be either a level 1, 2 or Sr based on candidate work experience. What does the PET Technologist do? (including but not limited to) Under general supervision, performs PET imaging procedures and related functions. Collaborates with Medical Director and management on technical issues, equipment performance and QA. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
