Recovery Specialist Westborough, MA, USA Req #3758 Thursday, September 19, 2024 Location: Westborough, MA - Inpatient Residential Program Pay rate: $20.00/hour Schedule: Friday-Sunday, 8:00am-4:00pm. 24 hour a week position Benefits: Health, vision, dental insurance Paid time off Tuition reimbursement 401k with company contribution Discounts on wide array of services/entertainment Qualifications: LADC I or CADAC certification preferred, but not required At least one year experience working in a substance abuse treatment, case management role or closely related field Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent The Case Manager is responsible for: Providing documented individual and group clinical services and case management to clients with mental health, substance abuse, or dual diagnosis problems. Providing quality clinical services and case management to assigned clients in accordance with Spectrum's clinical design and in compliance with all licensing, accreditation and regulatory bodies. Providing group treatment to clients using Spectrum curriculum and following group facilitation protocol as trained. Performing intake assessments and completes all associated documentation within required time frames. Demonstrating respect for supervisors, co-workers, and clients. Consistently arriving for work on time and adheres to the program's attendance policies. Strictly adhering to HIPAA/confidentiality policies when responding to inquiries for client information. Demonstrating honesty/integrity at all times in the care of the clients/the use of the property Completing all required documentation for services as required by Spectrum and all licensing, accreditation and regulatory bodies within established time frames. Developing implements and revises individual treatment plans for assigned clients in established time frames with the participation of the client. Completing all outcome measurement tools as required by Spectrum, licensing, and payers in required time frames.
