University Development's purpose is to support the mission of the university by raising private resources to enhance financial support for students, faculty, programs, and facilities. University Development provides leadership and centralized services to all development offices throughout the University, serving as a focal point for annual giving, application development and IT support; campaign management; constituent programs; corporate and foundation relations; donor relations; gift planning; gift services; industry relations; marketing/communications; parents giving; principal gifts; prospect management, research and analytics; regional programs; scholarships and student aid; talent management; university events; and volunteer engagement.

Position Summary
This position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement that may include a partially remote work location, consistent with System Office policy. UNC Chapel Hill employees are generally required to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of their assigned duty station.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Donor Relations and Reporting, the Donor Relations and Reporting Coordinator will be responsible for several key functions: annual and ad hoc impact reporting design and production; general stewardship material design and production; stewardship content for schools and units, including but not limited to acknowledgement templates, videos, and impact reports.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
Excellent advanced knowledge and skills with Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel. Willingness to learn new software applications programs as required. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to manage multiple, ongoing projects. Position requires accuracy, attention to detail and editing skills. The person in this position must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment and in a professional manner. Proficiency with InDesign, Canva and other design platforms and tools.
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
Working knowledge of multiple Adobe Creative Cloud Suite applications - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc; Experience in higher education or comparably complex organization, donor relations/stewardship or a related field
