The Skills Lab Technician will provide support for Orthopedics Residency Skills Labs. The technician will provide onsite support to set the lab up with the appropriate equipment and learning models. The technician will be available during classes to provide technical support to faculty and residents and will stay after the event to clean the lab and equipment. Classes take place in the evenings.

Demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.

Strongcommunication skills.

The preferred technician will have an understanding of orthopaedic equipment, surgical procedures and anatomy. Previous or current experience as an orthopaedic technologist, surgical technician or athletic trainer, preferred.
