Genesis10 is seeking a (UNET) Technical Analyst for a contract with our client in Eden Prairie, MN. 100% Remote.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Analyst with experience in working with UNET to join our team. As a Technical Analyst, you will play a vital role in analyzing and providing technical support for UNET systems, contributing to the smooth operation and optimization of our healthcare platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for the UNET system, assisting with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Perform data analysis and provide insights on UNET system performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor and maintain data integrity and accuracy within the UNET system.
  • Assist in the design, development, and testing of system enhancements and upgrades.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including system architecture, technical specifications, and standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in system testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the smooth integration of UNET with other healthcare systems.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices related to UNET and stay updated on system updates and changes.



Required Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven experience and expertise in working with UNET systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Knowledge of SQL or other relevant programming languages for data querying and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset and strong focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements.



Compensation:

Hourly W2 pay rate $55.00-$65.00

We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
