Genesis10 is seeking a (UNET) Technical Analyst for a contract with our client in Eden Prairie, MN. 100% Remote. Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Technical Analyst with experience in working with UNET to join our team. As a Technical Analyst, you will play a vital role in analyzing and providing technical support for UNET systems, contributing to the smooth operation and optimization of our healthcare platform. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for the UNET system, assisting with troubleshooting and issue resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Perform data analysis and provide insights on UNET system performance and efficiency. Monitor and maintain data integrity and accuracy within the UNET system. Assist in the design, development, and testing of system enhancements and upgrades. Develop and maintain documentation, including system architecture, technical specifications, and standard operating procedures. Participate in system testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the smooth integration of UNET with other healthcare systems. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices related to UNET and stay updated on system updates and changes. Required Basic Qualifications: Proven experience and expertise in working with UNET systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Knowledge of SQL or other relevant programming languages for data querying and analysis. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented mindset and strong focus on data accuracy and integrity. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements. Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $55.00-$65.00 We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
